What will London transport cost?
Transport for London (TfL) caps rates each day between zones, meaning your transport cost is limited to the daily price cap.
An individual journey between Zones 1 and 2 costs £2.90. If you were to visit several attractions in a day, without the daily price cap you would be charged £2.90 each time you travel between these zones. However, the daily price cap between Zones 1 and 2 is £6.50. Therefore, once the cost of your travel reaches £6.50, your Where Pass contactless Visa debit card will be capped, and all additional travel between Zones 1 and 2 will not cost you any more. If you reach your cap between Zone 1 and 2, and then travel to a Zone 3 station, you will be charged for that journey individually, and the further you travel between zones, the higher your daily cap will be.

Where Pass London will build travel into your itinerary and will let you know how much your daily cap will be, and recommend that you add this amount to your account for each card holder's travel. This is entirely optional, and you may always add more or less funds to your account. You are, therefore, always covered, but not always charged. Any travel funds on your card not used can be used for other spending.
